The Space Coast Builders Association, Florida Home Builders Association, and National Association of Home Builders each proudly recognize members for outstanding professional achievement, leadership, and service to the building industry. SCBA Membership Awards

Automatic State Submission
Recipients of the following SCBA awards are automatically submitted to the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) for consideration in their corresponding statewide award programs:

This automatic submission provides our local award winners the opportunity to be recognized at the state level, showcasing the leadership and excellence of Space Coast members throughout Florida.
Finalists will be announced this spring, and winners will be recognized live at the HBCA Hall of Fame Induction/Holiday Party, typically held in December.
FHBA Membership Awards
Members of the Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association (HBCA) have the opportunity to nominate deserving colleagues for prestigious state-level awards presented by the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). These honors recognize exceptional leadership, service, professionalism, and measurable impact across Florida’s building industry.
While active involvement within HBCA may strengthen a nomination, award recipients are selected based primarily on their participation, leadership, and contributions at the FHBA state level.

NAHB Membership Awards
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) honors excellence across the home building industry through a series of prestigious national awards programs. These awards celebrate outstanding achievement in design, marketing, safety, innovation, leadership, and professional excellence.
Winners are recognized during the awards gala held in conjunction with the International Builders' Show (IBS) each February in Las Vegas — the industry’s largest annual gathering of builders and housing professionals.

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) national awards submission deadline is typically in early October each year.
Finalists are generally announced in January, with winners recognized live in February during the International Builders' Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.
